Hi, I’m Daiany, a certified pediatric sleep consultant and passionate advocate for family well-being. For the past three years, I’ve been deeply immersed in researching children’s sleep and development-not just as a professional interest, but as a parent who’s lived through the exhaustion and uncertainty.

My background is in tech and user experience design, which led me to a unique mission: to create solutions that are not only effective, but also feel truly supportive and accessible in the everyday chaos of parenting. That’s what inspired me to become certified in pediatric sleep-to deepen my knowledge and bring parents simple, science-backed guidance right when they need it most.
