Hello, my name is Amirah, and I am based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I have been actively involved in supporting breastfeeding mothers since 2015, and have served as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor since 2016. Throughout my experience, I have observed that many breastfeeding concerns are often linked to infant sleep issues, rather than actual breastfeeding challenges. For example, frequent night wakings in infants are not always a sign of hunger, but may be due to the baby’s circadian rhythm not being fully developed.

This realization led me to explore the field of infant sleep in greater depth, which has since become a newfound passion of mine. By combining my knowledge of breastfeeding with insights into infant sleep, I hope to provide valuable support to families in need.
