I have been supporting mothers for more than 6 years. I work as an IBCLC in a private maternity hospital, and I offer consultations outside of it. Although I am in contact with mothers and their babies almost every day, I am happy to be part of a process that improves their lives, both from the perspective of a healthy start and the emotional support they need so much at certain moments. As a sleep consultant, I am glad that I can complete my area of expertise and that I can respond much more knowledgeably to challenges related to sleep. I believe that at the "baby" stage, the main challenges involve nutrition and sleep. I look forward to being a real help to them!
