My story with sleep training started when my baby girl was almost 4 months old. I started to ask myself if things could get better or, at least, be easier. After, I started by doing research on this topic, and I found very useful information that I applied to my baby girl.

At every new transformation and change in my baby girl, I started reading, and I understood better how I could proceed with sleep to be easier: more restful nights and less crying.

In the end, when I had some basic information, I wanted to know more and pass to the next level: I wanted to become a baby sleep consultant.
