I am a mother of 2 children. I started my adventure as a sleep consultant because of my daughter's sleep problems. In addition to training with the International Institute of Infant Sleep, I am a Gentle Sleep Educator. I completed the ADHD Aware Sleep Practitioner training at the Institute of Sensitive Sleep Consulting.

I believe that a holistic approach and collaboration with other professionals is the key to success.
