I am a primary school teacher (I work at a public primary school), a psychologist (I work as a parent counsellor) and a certified sleep consultant.

Being a mom of 3 beautiful children has not been easy regarding sleep. I remember how desperate I was. And when I started my journey as a parent counsellor, I realized how many families struggle with their child's sleep (just like me) and how much this affects so many aspects of their everyday life. So I decided to expand my knowledge in order to be able to help them!

I believe that the journey to knowledge never ends! I love what I do and I always believed that someone should follow their dreams and never give up. I am so proud to be where I am and so eager for what is to come next!
